These marks and names, and all associated logos or images, are registered and/or common law trademarks of the Community Partnership Program, LLC and its Affiliated Companies and are protected by U.S. and international laws and treaties. No license to the use of such marks and names are granted to you under these terms and conditions or by your use of the Community Partnership Program Web Site. Your misuse of the trademarks displayed on the Community Partnership Program Web Site is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that the Community Partnership Program will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of civil remedies and criminal prosecution.
